V8-50 is a recycling compactor baler machine designed for common materials such as waste paper, plastic, boxes, and cotton. It features strong selectivity and is suitable for use in various industries, including domestic and international enterprises, logistics, and supermarkets.

This machine is equipped with a U-shaped balance device to prevent accidents caused by improper placement of materials. The feeding door adopts an up and down moving opening to reduce the space required for door opening and facilitate feeding. The interlocking function and built-in flip package system ensure safe operation and high efficiency.

The V8-50 model has the ability to compact and pack small volume materials such as waste paper boxes, film, shredded paper, etc., while maintaining high work efficiency and low energy consumption. The up and down moving door saves space and has an attractive appearance, making it a popular export model.

Oil pipe joints are connected with a conical non-gasket form to avoid oil leakage. The machine also uses branded valve components to ensure product quality and reliability. To protect operators, this model is equipped with a locking device.

The feeding chamber is equipped with an anti-rebound device, which significantly reduces feeding time. The V8-50 has a compaction capacity of 50 tons, a bale size of 1500×760×(700-1000)mm, a feeding size of 1450×600mm, a bale weight of 350-500kg, and a capability of producing 3-5 bales per hour. Voltage can be customized according to customer requirements and generally ranges from 200-680V/3phase. The power output is 7.5kW.

The machine measures 2000×1180×3650mm and weighs 2500kg. Its high work efficiency, low energy consumption, and advanced technology and materials ensure long service life and stability.
