The bucket of the MATDAS household baler machine is made of stainless steel, ensuring no rust problem even when compressing waste that contains liquid.
The V2-10 model is small and convenient, making it perfect for compressing small materials. It operates on single-phase power and is easy to use, with no need to open the door to strap the bales. The hydraulic compressing platen can slide from one position to another, making it convenient to load and press materials. Waste material is always compressed into a plastic bag, pre-placed around the bucket, keeping the working area clean and dry. Once compression is complete and the ram has returned, simply knot the bag and take away the bagged bale – it's that easy and efficient!
One of the standout features of the V2-10 is its safety interlock, making it incredibly reliable and safe to operate. Additionally, this model adopts England brand sealing parts, improving the lifetime of the oil cylinder. The oil pipe joint adopts conical without gasket form, eliminating the possibility of oil leakage. Moreover, the connect motor with pump directly ensures 100% concentricity, extending the life of the pump.
