How it works:

Materials are fed through the hopper and into the shredding chamber. The hydraulic pusher then moves the material towards the rotating blades, which shred the material. After shredding, the materials fall through the screen and are transported to the next stage or collected and packed.

Our S1 shredder is equipped with high-quality, cold work mold steel blades that provide excellent cutting performance. The blade has four cutting edges and can be rotated by 90 degrees when worn to continue use. The external bearing design is waterproof and dustproof, extending the service life of the bearings. The hydraulic feeder provides stable, adjustable speed and powerful, uniform pushing force. The shredder's hard tooth surface gearbox provides high transmission efficiency, strong load capacity, and low noise.

Our shredder features productivity shock-absorbing gearbox that reduces stress on drive components, ensuring long-lasting use. The rotor knives can be rotated and used on four edges before replacement, reducing costs. The counter knives can be adjusted to maintain the cutter's clearance, prolonging the life of the shredder. Quick-change screens provide accurate particle size control. The segmented shredding chamber floor with brass guides and PU slides ensure smooth operation. The twin-speed hydraulics with integrated air cooler enable efficient and effective operation.

Our shredder has a stand-alone electrical control panel with Siemens PLC control system for easy operation. It is tested, approved, and certified to the applicable CE safety standards.
