S1-800 single shaft shredder, a model in our S1 series shredding machine. This shredder has 45kw power and a cutting chamber size of 810x800mm. It functions just like the other models and can be used to crush materials like plastic lumps, including PP, PE, PET, PC, ABS, Nylon, plastic pipes, film, textiles, woven bags, electronic waste, cable, aluminum cans, paper, wood, sponge, foam, and many more.

Our S1-800 shredder machine is designed to handle various kinds of materials by adjusting the cutting tool roll structure and material pushing method according to the packing density and feed square material characteristics. The machine is equipped with electrical overload protection, belt automatic tensioning structure, and main shaft winding protection for safe and efficient operations.

The S1-800 shredder features maximum cutting force, productivity shock-absorbing gearbox, and long life counter knives that can be adjusted to maintain the cutter's clearance. The rotor knives can also be rotated and used on four edges before replacement, reducing costs. Quick-change screens provide accurate particle size control.
