S1-1200 single shaft shredder, the second largest model in our range of shredder machines. With its powerful cutting chamber size, this shredder machine can handle a wide range of materials, including plastic lumps such as PP, PE, PET, PC, ABS, Nylon, plastic pipes, film, textiles, woven bags, electronic waste, cable, aluminum cans, paper, wood, sponge, foam, and many more.

Our S1-1200 shredder machine features maximum cutting force, productivity shock-absorbing gearbox, and long life counter knives that can be adjusted to maintain the cutter's clearance. The rotor knives can also be rotated and used on four edges before replacement, reducing costs. Quick-change screens provide accurate particle size control. The segmented shredding chamber floor with brass guides and PU slides ensure smooth operation. The twin-speed hydraulics with integrated air cooler enable efficient and effective operation.

The blade material of this shredder machine is made of high-quality cold-worked die steel, which has good strength, toughness, and high cutting performance. The blades have four cutting edges, and after wear, they can be rotated 90 degrees for continued use.

Our shredder machine is energy-efficient, low noise, and low speed rotation, making it an environmentally friendly solution for waste recycling. It has a stand-alone electrical control panel with Siemens PLC control system for easy operation. The machine is tested, approved, and certified to the applicable CE safety standards.
