S1-1000 single shaft recycling shredder, one of the largest models in our S1 series shredder machine. With its bigger power and cutting chamber size of 1000x1000mm, this shredder is perfect for handling a wide range of materials, especially bigger ones. It can be used to crush plastic lumps, such as PP, PE, PET, PC, ABS, Nylon, plastic pipes, film, textiles, woven bags, electronic waste, cable, aluminum cans, paper, wood, sponge, foam, and many more.

Our S1-1000 shredder machine features maximum cutting force, productivity shock-absorbing gearbox, and long life counter knives that can be adjusted to maintain the cutter's clearance. The rotor knives can also be rotated and used on four edges before replacement, reducing costs. Quick-change screens provide accurate particle size control. The segmented shredding chamber floor with brass guides and PU slides ensure smooth operation. The twin-speed hydraulics with integrated air cooler enable efficient and effective operation.

The tool materials of this shredder machine are divided into two kinds: high alloy DC53 material and HARDOX wear-resistant material, which are reasonably selected according to the material composition and characteristics. This kind of material has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, not easy to break and wear resistance, and can guarantee sharp blade in work, and can be used interchangeably in octagonal. It is very convenient to disassemble, repair and maintain.
