Q3-250 is a small crocodile shear machine that is designed for efficient shearing of materials. It uses hydraulic transmission technology and has several advantages over traditional mechanical shear machines. This feature makes it ideal for cutting large materials as it automatically adjusts its speed to ensure efficient shearing.
Furthermore, Q3-250 uses advanced piston ring sealing technology from abroad, which allows it to maintain its shearing force stability even under high oil temperature conditions. This ensures that the machine maintains its cutting force even during long periods of operation or when oil temperatures are high. These advantages improve the quality standard of the machine and extend its service life.
The working principle of the Q3-250 machine consists of a shearing oil cylinder, shearing blade, sliding block pressing blade, lower blade seat, pressing oil cylinder, and more. During operation, the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the pressing oil cylinder to push the sliding block to press the blade onto the lower blade seat, completing the fixation and compression of the material. Then, it supplies oil to the shearing oil cylinder to make the shearing blade descend and complete the shearing step. After shearing is completed, the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the shearing oil cylinder and pressing oil cylinder in turn to complete the returning action driven by hydraulic oil reflux.
In terms of specifications, Q3-250 has a maximum shear force of 250KN, a motor power of 5.5 kW, a blade length of 300mm, a blade opening of 160mm, and a blade table height of 800mm. The machine's working pressure is 15MPa. Its control system is electric and controlled using a foot pedal. The machine has dimensions of 1200×980×1200mm and weighs 1200kg, making it ideal for use in small and medium-sized enterprises.
