Automatic Metal Crocodile Shear is a specialized equipment designed for metal recycling plants, scrap car dismantling yards, and smelting and casting industries. It is mainly used for cold cutting of various types of steel and metal structural components to process them into qualified furnace materials.
The device consists of a shear oil cylinder, shear blade, sliding block pressure knife, lower knife seat, and compression oil cylinder. During operation, the hydraulic pump station (power output source) supplies oil to the compression oil cylinder, allowing the sliding block pressure knife to push onto the lower knife seat, thereby fixing and compressing the material. The hydraulic pump station then supplies oil to the shear oil cylinder to complete the cutting step. After cutting, the hydraulic pump station returns the hydraulic oil to the shear oil cylinder and compression oil cylinder in turn to complete the return action.
