When the baler is in operation, hot metal chips are screw-fed or pressed into a chamber where the compressing takes place within a cylindrical die. The briquetting press features two cylinders - the first filling the chamber, and the second compressing the chips into dense briquettes. This pressing method ensures high and uniform material compaction, resulting in dense briquettes that are easy to transport and store.
