MATDAS-M2 series scrap metal turn-out baling press machine has many advantages, bale comes out by turn-out, and suitable for steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges (shapes: cuboid, cylinder or octagon), so as to reduce cost of transportation, to increase speed of furnace charging.

You have optional operation for you to choose. This series baler have two operation control, one is manual valve operation, and another is PLC control, and it's optional on customer's requirements, Chamber size, bale size & bale shape can be customized. Cutting function to improve the efficiency.

The feeding chamber has cutting function to prevent additive materials caused by carelessness and safety accident, Adopt double pressure protection device. No footing bolts needed in installation, diesel engine can be equipped for power. Adopt the German hydraulic technology to save energy and protect environment, and the brand valve group, Schneider appliances, seals are imported form British to ensure without phenomenon of oil leak and improve the service life of the cylinder.
