H11 series of lift opening door horizontal balers use the latest design, simple frame and solid structure. The series HPMC baler can discharge out bales continuously. Heavy duty close-gate design for more tighter bales, hydraulic locked gate ensures more convenient operation, unique double-cutting design of cutters improves the cutting efficiency and lengthens the lifespan of the cutters.
All series baling press machine have semi-automatic operation, so they are easy to learn, operate and maintain. Particular anti-slide design of the machine makes nicer bales, Unique trunnion-mounted frame and ball-end joint design for the main cylinder avoid the torque on the rod, which lengthens the lifespan of the seals .
We make it can be adjustable bale size and weight to meet customer’s requirement. The bale length and weight can be set arbitrarily, Also the bale size and voltage can be customized according to customers' reasonable requirements. Bales weight depends on different materials.
Adopt foreign famous seal, valve, electric components. The press heads are specially processed by miller, ensures the precise running of the ram,Use high quality hydraulic valves from Taiwan, ensures the stable running of the machine, just installing on the flat ground is ok.
